Lavender - a genus of 39 species of flowering plants of the family yasnotkovyh. This plant is native of the Old World, it grows from Cape Verde and the Canary Islands, in southern Europe to northern and eastern Africa, the Mediterranean, South-West Africa to the most south-eastern India. Many species of this genus are grown for ornamental decorations, as well as for obtaining essential oils. With its excellent flavor and a beautiful purple, lavender fields attract photographers from around the world. Extensive purple "sea" is a great subject for photography. Do not believe me?
